Hi, I’m an architect and 3D designer. I’ve designed living rooms and kitchens before and would like to help you bring these two spaces together, keeping a warm atmosphere while choosing practical finishes that are easy to maintain. Since your floor plan is already finished, I’d start by reviewing the furniture arrangement, kitchen cabinetry and circulation between the rooms. Do you have any existing furniture or appliances that need to stay? Your reference photos would also help us find a style that feels right for you. I use AutoCAD for the scaled layouts and SketchUp and 3ds Max for the 3D work. I generally present concepts through preliminary 3D views rather than mood boards, then develop realistic still renders once we’ve agreed on the direction. The U.S. shopping list is something we’d need to discuss directly, as sourcing and product availability need checking. I can provide material and lighting recommendations, but we’d need to agree on the extent of the purchase links included.
