The tricky part here is balancing high realism with clean geometry so the model actually prints well without errors or crazy supports. Quick question before I suggest an approach: Do you already know which 3D printer/material you’ll use, or are you still deciding? That will affect wall thickness, detail level, and how I prep the file. I’ve designed printable, high-detail models before (including ones that needed tight tolerances and minimal supports), so I’m used to optimizing for both visuals and printability.
