The concept is well-sketched, with dimensions and exploded views ready; what I lack is the real-world model that lets me hold it, test clearances, and show it to stakeholders. Here is what I’m after: a full-size, physical prototype fabricated primarily in plastic. It must accurately reflect my drawings and integrate a small set of moving parts whose behaviour does not match the presets “basic shape,” “mechanical movements,” or “full operational capability” listed in the form—so we’ll be refining that requirement together.
