Question: Which exact printer/process will you use (FDM or SLA/MSLA), nozzle/resin and layer height, and your preferred build orientation? This determines lid interface type and precise clearances (typical: FDM 0.25–0.35 mm, SLA 0.05–0.12 mm), support strategy, and—if resin—drain/vent placement to prevent cupping. Suggestion: Use a quarter-turn bayonet lid with 1.5–2° draft, generous lead‑ins, and a captured O‑ring groove (AS568 size matched to your diameter) for a secure, non-fusing seal. I’ll build it as a parametric Fusion 360 model with locked internal volume, wall-thickness controls, and print-process compensation. I’ll also include a small tolerance test coupon (male/female features stepped in 0.05–0.10 mm) so you can print it first, confirm ideal clearance for your machine/material, then I apply that value to the final STL/OBJ.
