I'm seeking a talented designer to visualize a new coffee and cocktail space for our business premises. The design should be vintage/contemporary but elegant, creating a relaxing and intimate atmosphere. We have provided the floor outline and deliberately left it as a blank canvas so you can inspire us with ideas on how to get the most out of the space. We do not have TV's (or want any). We have events (3 per month) with singer(s) and occasional parties. We also have included some images (mood) of things we like to get your creativity working. Key elements to include: •⁠ ⁠New long bar with coffee station & cocktail station (ideally opposite ends of the bar) •⁠ ⁠Lounge and very comfortable seating (we already have many chairs that are all different in design etc.) •⁠ ⁠New kitchenette •⁠ ⁠Storage in back for stock •⁠ ⁠Ambient lighting •⁠ ⁠Art and decor •⁠ ⁠Two restrooms (one with disabled access) •⁠ ⁠Single Staff toilet in back (kitchen/store area) Ideal skills and experience: •⁠ ⁠Interior design expertise, particularly in vintage / contemporary aesthetics •⁠ ⁠Ability to create relaxing, intimate atmospheres •⁠ ⁠Strong sense of comfort & decor integration Here is a link to a MatterPort 3D walkthrough of the old business to give you an idea of what it looks like today - we have purchased a business next door (see floor plan) to knock through to make the bigger space: [login to view URL] Please provide a portfolio showcasing similar projects.
