3D video visualization of an apartment

We have several projects that involve the conversion of old historic buildings into apartments. We are looking for 3D video visualization of the apartments to be created. There is a lot of long term work for the right candidate.
We will provide 2D Autocad plans and photos of the existing space where the apartment will be created
There is no minimum length of the video as long as it covers all rooms. It needs to be of high quality.
Place a bid per apartment and indicate the time you need to finish one apartment.
Priority will be given to a provider with good experience in visualizations and this type of work and also to Interior Designers.
Once you satisfactorily complete one apartment, you will have the opportunity to do as many apartments as you can complete.
