We are looking for an experienced Freelance Design Engineer with strong expertise in designing and manufacturing Sparkler Filter Press systems with MIN 5 years EXP . The consultant will support us in developing the complete concept, engineering, detailed drawings, and manufacturing guidance for this equipment. Experience Required • Minimum 12–15+ years of hands-on experience in design and manufacturing of Sparkler Filter Press / Pressure Leaf Filters • Proven exposure to industrial filtration equipment Core Responsibilities • Develop complete conceptual & process design for Sparkler Filter Press • Prepare GA, fabrication, and assembly drawings • Guide manufacturing, inspection, and assembly activities • Support trial runs, testing, and commissioning • Optimize design for performance, safety, and cost • Provide technical support during client discussions and approvals Technical Knowledge & Skills Required ✅ Filtration & Process Engineering • Solid-liquid separation principles • Filtration cycle: precoating, filtration, washing, drying, discharge • Cake formation, permeability, and pressure drop analysis • Selection of filter aid (Perlite / DE / Cellulose, etc.) ✅ Mechanical Design • Design of pressure vessel shell, covers, and internals • Leaf plate design and flow distribution system • Shaft, lifting mechanism, locking system & sealing arrangement • Agitator / vibration / cake discharge mechanism (if applicable) • Design of nozzle, flanges, and piping connections ✅ Vacuum / Pressure & Utilities • Knowledge of compressed air, slurry feed systems • Pressure testing & leak testing procedures • Safety valve and pressure instrumentation Additional Competencies • Troubleshooting filtration performance issues • Capacity calculation and sizing

Çakır Engineering has hands-on experience in the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of belt press filtration systems, developed from concept level through full operation.
