I need a full set of SolidWorks models and manufacturing drawings for a family of 304-stainless-steel lockers that will run seamlessly on our Salvagnini S4P4 line or, where appropriate, the Salvagnini laser. The driving goal is to keep forming operations as automated as possible, so every sheet-metal panel must un-fold cleanly for automatic punching, laser cutting and panel bending. Locker range • Single, double and triple tier versions are all in scope. I am open to whichever mix proves most cost-effective once you have nested the parts and analysed cycle times. Across the range we expect roughly 300 doors in total. • Hinges, lock housings and feet are stainless; sloped tops are mandatory to suit an industrial food-plant environment. • Locking is by key lock only—no electronics or combinations. • Internal shelving must follow the drawings I will supply after award; feel free to suggest minor tweaks that improve automation without changing the usable volume. What I will need from you • Parametric SolidWorks assemblies and parts with correct material, gauge and bend data. • Flat-patterns ready for direct import into Salvagnini programming (dxf or slddrw with tooling lines called out). • A brief manufacturability report highlighting the most economical tier mix and any laser-only features you propose. • Neutral formats (step, dxf) for my archives. The files have to open in SolidWorks 2020 or newer without errors, and the flat layouts must respect the Salvagnini tool library we will share. If you already design for automated panel benders, this job should feel straightforward.
