The goal is to create a full SolidWorks model of a semi-automatic machine that can pick, orient, and insert both springs and circlips, each in the 1–10 mm range, into our existing product line. I need every mechanical detail worked out so that the finished files can move straight into procurement and fabrication. Key requirements • Electric drive components only—no pneumatics or hydraulics. • Reliable handling of tiny parts without deformation or loss. • Quick-change tooling so the same station can switch between springs and circlips with minimal downtime. • Compact footprint that will fit on a 900 mm × 800 mm bench space. • Safety guards and service access designed in from the start.
