Our goal is to give every classroom on campus a fresh, cohesive look that signals “international-standard learning” the moment you step inside. The scope is limited to the classrooms only; corridors,and exterior spaces are out of scope so the entire budget can be channelled into these teaching areas for maximum impact. What needs to happen • Re-think the furniture layout so traffic flows smoothly, small group work is easy, and every seat has a clear line of sight to the board. • Specify new furniture in a modern, minimalistic style—clean lines, subdued colours, durable finishes. I will supply floor plans, photos, and current furniture dimensions. I need from you: 1. Two to three concept mood boards that balance minimalism with warmth. 2. Scaled layout drawings (CAD or similar) showing proposed desk, chair, and storage positions. 3. A colour schedule and finishes legend for walls, trims, and any graphics. 4. A keyed furniture specification list—model, finish, quantity, and indicative cost. 5. Optional: a couple of quick 3D visuals or SketchUp views to help staff visualise the change. All recommendations must be realistic for a modest budget; think high-impact, low-cost swaps, not structural work. If your concept can be phased, note the order so we can stage procurement.
