3dsMax Vray Virtual Design Panorama Rendering

We are a virtual interior design studio looking for a professional skilled in 3dsMax that we can build an ongoing working relationship with.
We do virtual staging in 3dsMax and we need someone to light and render the scenes we build, so that the render can be used to stage properties with new furniture.
Lighting and rendering need to be as realistic as possible, as the end goal is to achieve a believable composition.
Skills required:
* Material editing and enhancing
* lighting and shadowing expertise
* Skill with rendering realistic spaces
* Rendering with 360 panoramas
* Experience with Vray
Have attached some of our current renders, we're looking for a higher level of quality then that provided.
