I’m ready to move ahead with architectural design for a pair of duplex apartments on the same site. One unit needs to feel spacious yet efficient with two bedrooms; the other should be a compact one-bedroom layout. I’m flexible on style—modern, traditional, or contemporary can all work—as long as the final concept maximises natural light, clear circulation and comfortable proportions. To get this project moving I’ll need: • Concept layouts that show the relationship of both duplexes on the plot • Fully dimensioned floor plans and elevations for each unit (2-bed and 1-bed) • 3D exterior and key interior views so I can visualise materials and massing • A concise drawing set ready for structural and MEP coordination later Please base room sizes on typical residential standards and flag any assumptions you make so I can confirm quickly.
