Create 3D Layout of Small Grocery Store and Render It in 3D

I have created a 2D layout of a grocery store that I need rendered in 3D like a model. I have attached the 2D layout to this post. The 3D model you will build will be used for a website, and I plan to use it more grayscale or predominantly white like the attached example. You will need to produce a render at 4K like the second attached file example. The render should be of high quality. Don't worry about labels or anything else on the shelves of the grocery store, only shapes are fine, plus maybe some general signs.
