Container Home Pier Foundation

I need a foundation for a container home using a pier system. The foundation should be constructed with concrete piers at a standard height of 1-2 feet. 3-4 feet deep and steel reinforced. Attached photo of a similar build. May change the floor plan inside a little, but that is placement. Also, deck on or as a roof, definitely cross the back 40' container, and possibly a 28' wide covering the top of the back container and half of the front two containers that are also 40' long x 8' wide and high cube. Clay, loam, and sand are types of soil makeup. I have a tractor with an auger, so I would like to do piers, one of 3 ways, just whatever is possible. 1. 8'' piers and cement tube with ?# rod iron for support. Just not sure if possible or how many it would take to support the weight. 2. 12'' piers. I prefer 8" because I have that auger size already, but 12'' would mean fewer piers or just make it possible. 3. Found cement block at good price. They are 18'' wide 24'' tall and 48'' long. Provided a pic. If these will work would just need to know how many and placement.
