Questions: 1) Installation context and constraints: Where will the display be installed (lobby, booth, wall-mounted, freestanding)? What are max footprint/height, viewing distance, ADA clearance, power access, and preferred fabrication methods/materials (CNC, 3D-print, aluminum, acrylic, wood)? 2) Data/logic fidelity: How many nodes/edges and levels of hierarchy? Any loops/conditional branches to physically represent? Brand color/typography specs? Static vs dynamic states (lighting/motion/AR), and durability needs (public touch, UL/CE)? Suggestions: 1) Dimensioned modular system: Define a 100 mm base grid. Nodes as 200–250 mm volumes, edges as 20–30 mm rods with 100–150 mm standoffs. Standard module 600×600 mm; proposed envelope 3600 W × 600 D × 2400 H mm (full-scale) with a 1200 W × 300 D × 600 H mm tabletop variant. Deliverables: plan/elevations/sections, exploded assembly, GD&T (±0.5 mm critical), BOM, cut files, and weight/CG. 2) Layered communication: Addressable LED edge-lighting to animate active paths; interchangeable node caps for versioning; discreet QR/AR overlay to show live workflow states; knockdown design using captive fasteners, labeled subassemblies, and road cases with pack plan for rapid deployment.
