I need a complete permit-ready drawing set for a wood deck that will be attached to my house here in Illinois. The county requires the plans to be stamped by a professional who holds an active Illinois license, so your current IL SE or IL Architect seal must appear on every sheet. The deck will be stick-built in wood—no composite or metal members—so framing details, ledger connection, joist sizing, guard and stair specs all have to reflect that material choice and meet the latest Illinois-adopted IRC and local amendments. I will supply site photos, rough sketches, and property survey the moment we start so you can lay out accurate dimensions, setbacks, and footing locations.
