I need a 3D environment built directly in Autodesk Maya with a clean, medium-detail finish and a distinctly stylized look. The scene will be integrated into an existing workflow, so efficient topology, organized outliner hierarchy, and fully laid-out UVs are important to keep draw calls low and edits painless. Please model using Maya’s native tools—no third-party plugins I would have to purchase—so the file opens error-free on Maya 2022. Geometry should stay in quads wherever practical, and any repeating assets can share materials to keep the scene lightweight. Texturing can be done with your preferred PBR workflow; I simply need the textures exported as PNG or TGA and named logically. To make expectations crystal clear, here is what I will accept as complete: • .ma or .mb file with the entire environment, grouped and named logically • All texture maps (BaseColor, Roughness, Metallic/Spec, Normal) at 2-4 K resolution • One exported .fbx as a universal hand-off file • A quick viewport playblast or stills showing the environment from several angles If any part of the brief is unclear, feel free to ask before starting; I’m happy to share reference boards once we agree to work together.
