I need a detail-driven 3D designer who can take my concept through to a print-ready product prototype suitable for functional testing on an SLA printer. The piece must come out of the machine with clean geometry, precise tolerances and a surface that requires minimal post-processing to reach a professional-grade finish. You’ll translate my sketches and reference photos into an optimized model, choose wall thicknesses and clearances appropriate for photopolymer resins, and add any necessary support strategies directly into the file. Experience in SolidWorks or Fusion 360 for mechanical accuracy, and the ability to export flawless STL (or 3MF) files, is essential. If you prefer Rhino, that’s fine so long as dimension fidelity is maintained. Deliverables – • Native design file with full parametric history • Error-free STL/3MF ready for SLA slicing • A brief print setup note (layer height, exposure, supports) so I can replicate your results I’ll review by loading the file into PrusaSlicer and running a dry slice; it must show zero non-manifold edges, intersecting faces or over-thin sections. Once approved, we can iterate if real-world fitting uncovers minor tweaks. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s get started today.
