I have sketches and a set of reference photos for a small electronics project and I need them translated into a precise 3D model in Shapr3D. The enclosure will ultimately be 3d printed on a Bambu Labs P2S out of PLA. Overall outer dimensions are: 146mm long x 90mm wide x 78mm high. 3mm thick walls on all sides. Box base will be 60mm high, and the lid will be 18mm high. Key design notes • Two-part body with a reliable snap-fit closure that can be opened and closed repeatedly without stressing the tabs. • Internal standoffs/mounting bosses aligned to my PCB layout (I’ll supply the board file and dimensions). • Clean access ports for USB-C, and a Micro-SD card with an indention for your finger to grab these. • 2 small hexagon speaker grills on the front and left side—similar to the pattern shown in the reference image. • Rounded/radius corner on all sides, except the bottom. Deliverables - Native Shapr3D file (.shapr) with parametric history intact - Exported STEP and STL for tooling review - Maintain dimensions specified.
