Residential 3D Rendering Project

I’m developing a private residential build and now need high-quality 3D renderings that show the house inside and out with realistic lighting, textures, and landscaping. You will receive my existing sketches and dimensional notes (DWG/PDF) and turn them into polished visuals suitable for client approval and planning submissions. I’m open to the workflow you prefer—Revit, SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max, or another mainstream package—so long as the final images are photo-real and accurately reflect the provided measurements. Deliverables • A complete set of still renderings: exterior street view, rear garden view, and one key interior space (living-kitchen). • Source files in the native software format plus high-resolution JPEG/PNG exports ready for print and web.
