Hi. We would like a creative mind to try and work their magic with this space please.
This beautiful Georgian house stands in Bristol, we have fallen in love with this garden flat but need to make the space work better for us.
We are 2 human beans in our early 50s, just retired. We are active and fit with 2 small dogs. We appreciate beautiful design. Please can you help !?!
The theme of this ground level flat would be a clutter free, light filled, well organised space with a home for everything. Although tiny and poorly designed at the moment we really hope it could become our forever home.
Things we would like: We would sacrifice a bedroom and some of the huge living space for a larger kitchen orientated around the garden if possible, a small BATH somehow somewhere would be my dream, good storage solutions built -in would be ideal, access to the garden without walking through a bedroom would be just wonderful.
We envisage that the outdoor vaulted under pavement spaces in the front courtyard which are a little damp but have power and water could usefully house utility room equioment; washing machine, tumble dryer, bikes and general stuff.
