A physical product now exists only as sketches and reference photos, and it has to come alive inside a real-time virtual-reality/game environment. The work involves building a clean, optimised 3D model that looks great in-engine while keeping performance in mind. The model should be structured for efficient rendering: sensible polycount for VR, well-laid-out UVs, and PBR texture maps that hold up under different lighting setups. Expect to supply the finished asset in a common, engine-friendly format such as FBX or OBJ, along with the texture set (Albedo/Base Color, Normal, Roughness/Metallic or equivalent). Deliverables • One fully-UV-mapped, game-ready 3D product model • Associated PBR texture maps (2K minimum unless you advise otherwise) • Optional source file in your native software for future edits Acceptance criteria • Loads error-free in Unity or Unreal with correct scaling and pivot • No visible shading artefacts; clean topology suitable for further LOD generation • Textures correctly aligned and free of seams Please include a brief note on the tools you plan to use and, if possible, a portfolio link to comparable real-time product work.
