I need two snap-fit, top / bottom cases modelled for FDM printing, each tailored to the exact connector layout and mounting points of my boards. The design needs to be rugged enough to work on robot that will be on a construction site, and should be relatively water/spray resistant (i.e. no obvious holes). Board #1 – Arduino Mega with shield • Front panel: 2 × DB-25, USB, barrel jack, power LED window • Sides: 2 × 3-pin JST (serial) and 2 × 5-pin female jumper headers • Internal: 4 mounting posts that must line up with M3 screws Board #2 – H-bridge power controller • Front panel: 1 × DB-25 • Top: 10 status LEDs in a single line • Ends: 3 × Molex Micro-Fit, 3 × 4-pin JST, 1 × 2-pin Molex Mega-Fit • Back: heatsinks—add optional ventilation slots or an open window directly above them • Internal: 4 mounting posts for screws Both enclosures should share the same design language: chunky ribs or corner guards, chamfered edges, and a matte texture that speaks “tool-grade” rather than desktop toy. Standard wall thickness is fine; no need for ultra-thin or over-reinforced shells. The lids must snap securely without hardware yet remain serviceable, so incorporate resilient clip features or tongue-and-groove edges. Please emboss 'Krabby Company' centrally on each lid. Deliverables – Editable STEP files and print-ready STLs for each case – Exploded view or brief assembly note so I know the snap sequence – Quick fit-check renderings confirming connector and LED alignment I’ll provide the CAD for the two PCB.
