I understand you already have a baseline enclosure model and need targeted modifications to make it production-ready for 3D printing rather than starting from scratch. I can adapt the existing design by updating internal mounting features, relocating I/O cutouts, and optimizing wall thickness, tolerances, and print orientation for reliable FDM or SLA manufacturing. My approach: 1. Review the provided PDF and baseline model. 2. Update enclosure geometry and internal mounting features. 3. Validate clearances, fastener locations, and assembly fit. 4. Deliver final manufacturing files. I am a Ph.D. Mechanical Engineer with over 10 years of experience in product development, electronics packaging, and 3D-printable enclosure design using SolidWorks. My work includes industrial equipment, automation systems, and prototype housings. Deliverables: - Native SolidWorks files (fully parametric) - STEP files - STL files - Exploded assembly view - Two revision rounds Scope is limited to modifications described in the provided documentation; any additional features can be quoted separately. Estimated turnaround: 5–7 days. Which 3D printing process and material do you plan to use (e.g., PLA, ABS, PETG, resin)? This affects tolerances and design allowances.
