You’ll receive the original drawings as a starting point; from there, each home must be reworked from the ground up rather than tweaked or adjusted. The scope includes producing fresh CAD floor plans and matching elevations for every house. Here is what I need back from you: • A fully re-drawn floor plan for each of the nine homes, delivered in editable AutoCAD (.dwg) format and printable PDF. • Four exterior elevations per house that reflect the new modern aesthetic. • Clear, organised layers, dimensions, and annotations so the files are permit-ready and easy for any builder to read. Speed is critical—I’m aiming to review first drafts within a few days of kickoff and wrap the project quickly, so let me know your realistic timeline for all nine sets.
