Modern Open-Plan Kitchen Design

I’m turning two separate rooms into one flowing, modern kitchen-living area and need a designer who can translate that vision into clear, build-ready documents. The look is contemporary with neutral tones; think clean lines, warm textures and subtle contrasts that still feel inviting. An integrated dining zone should sit at the heart of the layout, while a cosy seating nook anchors the living side so the whole family can gather without the space feeling cluttered. What I need from you: a scaled floor plan that shows circulation and zoning, detailed elevations of the cabinetry and large island, a lighting concept, and realistic 3D renders or a walkthrough so I can sign-off finishes with my contractor. I work comfortably with SketchUp, AutoCAD or Revit files, but I’m open to whichever software suits your workflow as long as the final package is easy for the trades to read. We’ll begin with a concept mood board and colour palette; once that’s approved, you’ll move on to layout options, refine the chosen scheme, and deliver the final drawings and visuals. Two rounds of revisions are built in so we can fine-tune details like hardware, fixtures and soft furnishings.
