Suggestion: Pair a high-detail 3D-printed outer shell with a standard glass vial insert. You get complex geometry and premium feel, while glass ensures chemical resistance and zero permeation; the print focuses on aesthetics, grip, and cap integration. Approach: - Define brand language, volume, pump, print tech (MJF PA12 + vapor smoothing for durability; SLA for ultra-fine emboss/deboss). - DfAM: wall 1.2–1.6 mm (MJF), text relief ≥0.3 mm, clearances 0.5 mm (MJF)/0.25 mm (SLA), internal fillets, drain/escape holes, orientation for surface quality. - Interface: 15/415 thread or FEA 15 crimp collar; FKM O‑ring (AS568‑005/006) at 20–25% squeeze; 2‑start threads for quick cap engagement. - Sealing: vapor smoothing + optional epoxy liner if no glass insert; leak test 50 kPa, dye test, 1 m drop. - Deliverables: native CAD, STEP/STL, toleranced drawings, assembly, print settings, test plan.
