I need a series of architectural models built from the ground up in 3ds Max, finished to a high level of realism. The geometry must be clean, fully UV-unwrapped, and ready to take detailed textures and balanced lighting setups without further cleanup from my side. Only the modeling stage is required, yet every element—from façade ornaments to interior moldings—has to be present so that a renderer can drop the scene straight into production. The workflow should stay entirely inside 3ds Max (no third-party formats), using standard modifiers and naming conventions so that later revisions are painless. I will supply reference drawings and photos as soon as we start; accuracy to those references is essential. Deliverables: • .max files for each separate building/space • Organized layers for structure, furniture, fixtures, and décor • Correct metric scale and origin alignment • UV-ready meshes with no flipped normals or Ngons Once the files load on my end and match the reference with no geometry errors, the milestone is complete.
