I’m upgrading my FiveM server with a fully-custom MLO interior that feels like a true outlaw motorbike club. The shell will sit inside an existing GTA V warehouse (exact coordinates provided after hire), but everything inside—invisible from the outside until players walk through the door—needs to be built from scratch. Theme & atmosphere Picture a gritty, lived-in biker hangout: worn brick, scattered oil cans, dim neon signage, patches on the wall, and a soundtrack-ready stage corner. Subtle particle effects (dust motes, light smoke) are welcome as long as they’re performance-friendly. Textures should be optimised (2K max unless truly necessary) and the overall model kept low-poly enough to run smoothly on populated servers. Must-have functional zones • Bar / Clubhouse • Workshop / Garage • Meeting room Deliverables • Complete .ymap, .ytyp, and prop .ydr/.ytd files. • Embedded collision meshes and correct portals so no flicker or light bleed. • Tested on vanilla FiveM build; drop-in ready folder structure. • Clear read-me noting any custom props or texture dictionaries. Acceptance I’ll load the MLO on a staging server and walk each area. All surfaces must render correctly, doors align, lighting stay within bounds, and FPS drop kept to a minimum.
