Hey i can give u your 3d elevation 1 option 1 revision snd steel plan for your rcc structure i am an experienced civil engineer and 3d designer and steel plan and elevation design with revisions is not something that can be done for 1000-2000 rupees so i quoted a hogher amount no experienced engineer will give steel plan for a low price because is a difficult document to make
