The biggest challenge is achieving accurate electric field measurements while maintaining reasonable simulation time. This requires careful mesh optimization around the dipole feed region and observation points, because an overly coarse mesh reduces accuracy, while an overly fine mesh can dramatically increase computational cost and simulation runtime. My approach: First, I will define the target frequency and calculate the initial dipole length based on half-wavelength behavior. Then I’ll build the 3D dipole model in EMPro, set the conductor material, feed gap, excitation port, air box, and radiation boundary. After that, I’ll optimize the mesh around the feed point and measurement locations, run the simulation, check resonance/S11, and extract the electric field strength at the required points.
