I need a complete 500 mW green diode laser assembly that can pulse rather than run CW. The duty cycle, pulse-or-flicker rate, and diffuser angle all fall outside the usual canned values, so we will decide those exact numbers together once you confirm what the driver board and optics can accommodate. Optical path: the beam must pass through an AR-coated plano-convex lens and then a holographic diffuser. I will specify the diffusion angle during design review; plan on sourcing or machining a matched cell if an off-the-shelf diffuser will not meet the tolerance. What you will hand over to me • A fully tested laser head that delivers a stable 500 mW average output at the agreed duty cycle and pulse rate • Driver circuitry (schematic + populated board) with adjustable pulse parameters and over-current protection • Mechanical model and fabrication drawings for the housing, lens mount, and heat-sinking solution (STEP or STL preferred) • A short test video and power-meter screen capture proving the output, plus your alignment procedure so I can repeat it The project is ready to start as soon as we verify part availability.
