Compact ACP Sports Storage Design

I have a narrow 12 ft × 4 ft room in our school that must become a practical, durable store for all our sports equipment. The entire fit-out will be built from ACP (aluminium composite panel), so every surface, shelf, partition and door must be detailed with that material in mind—thicknesses, fixing methods and edge finishes included. The room’s sole purpose is storage, but the contents are varied: balls and rackets, protective gear and uniforms, and even a few pieces of heavy gym equipment. To keep the space flexible, I want an interior layout based on adjustable shelves that can be re-configured as our inventory changes through the school year. What I need from you • A smart space plan showing how the full volume will be used without compromising access. • Scaled drawings (plan, elevations and one 3-D view) clearly indicating ACP panels, shelf brackets and fastening details. • A concise cut list / material schedule so the fabricator can price and order ACP sheets efficiently. • Basic load calculations or notes to confirm that the shelving system can bear heavier items safely. Preferred file types are DWG or SKP for the drawings along with PDF exports for sharing with staff. If you work in Revit or another platform, that’s fine as long as I receive the equivalent outputs. Acceptance criteria 1. All walls, ceiling and shelving units specified in ACP with realistic joinery details. 2. Adjustable shelf system illustrated and dimensioned. 3. Clear circulation path of at least 2 ft maintained along the length of the room. 4. Drawings and schedule delivered ready for sign-off with our school’s facilities team.
