CLO 3D Operators for Blouse File Processing

Title: CLO 3D Production Operator – Bulk Blouse File Processing We are looking for CLO 3D Production Operators for a large-scale, ongoing blouse project. This is not a garment design or pattern-development role. All required blouse designs, DXF patterns and CLO source files will already be created and provided by us. The work is a structured CLO 3D production-processing task. You will need to follow our fixed workflow accurately and consistently. Main Responsibilities: * Open the CLO source file provided by us * Import the respective DXF pattern * Sew the required front / back / sleeve pattern with the existing frozen parts * Do not move, modify, delete or unfreeze any frozen elements * Set the required Particle Distance and simulate the garment * Follow the specified front/back view and positioning * Hide/delete the instructed parts without disturbing the required placement * Export the final required part in GLTF (.gltf) format * Create the required rendered PNG snapshot * Follow the given file naming and folder structure Who We Are Looking For: * Basic to good working knowledge of CLO 3D * Comfortable with DXF import and garment sewing * Knowledge of simulation and Particle Distance * Ability to work with frozen pattern pieces * Knowledge of GLTF export * Must be using the latest version of CLO 3D * Good attention to detail * Ability to follow instructions exactly * Comfortable handling repetitive bulk production work No advanced design knowledge is required, as all designs and patterns are already prepared by us. However, basic CLO 3D knowledge is mandatory to execute the workflow correctly. Productivity: This is a high-volume project, so speed and consistency are important. Our productivity benchmark is approximately 15 styles per hour. Candidates who can complete more than 15 styles per hour while maintaining accuracy and quality are highly welcome. Project Volume: This is a large bulk project and the work will be distributed among multiple selected resources. Good performers can receive continuous work. Payment: The rate will be decided based on: * CLO 3D experience * Profile and previous work * Accuracy * Productivity and styles completed per hour Higher productivity with consistent quality can qualify for a better rate.
