I need a full design package for an FDM 3D printer dedicated to rapid prototyping in PLA with a build volume around the 300 × 300 × 300 mm range. The goal is a reliable, easy-to-assemble machine that turns out dimensionally accurate parts without the over-engineering—or price tag—of large production units. Here’s what I’d like handed over: • Mechanical CAD files (STEP or native Fusion/SolidWorks) covering frame, motion system, print bed, and printable brackets • A complete bill of materials with off-the-shelf components clearly specified (rails, steppers, hot end, control board, PSU, fasteners, etc.) • Assembly guidance—exploded views or concise instructions are fine—as well as baseline firmware settings that suit PLA • Brief notes on safety, cable management, and part cooling so I can take the design straight to sourcing and build-out Keep the motion platform straightforward—CoreXY or Cartesian is fine as long as repeatability stays tight. I don’t need multi-material or exotic-temperature capability; consistency with PLA at normal ambient conditions is the priority. Let me know your preferred CAD platform and any prior printer models you’ve designed so I can match file formats and workflows.
