Here’s what I expect from our collaboration: • Detailed 3D CAD models that resolve every mechanical interface and tolerance • Engineering drawings suitable for machining/3-D printing, including exploded views and GD&T call-outs • A concise bill of materials with suggested off-the-shelf components and material specs • Assembly instructions and basic performance checks so I can validate the prototype in-house I’m open on software, though SolidWorks or Fusion 360 will slot neatly into my current workflow. If you prefer another professional CAD suite, that’s fine as long as the native files and neutral formats (STEP/IGES) come with the hand-off.
