The slope means drainage is the main thing, so I would start by drawing the contour lines from your plan into AutoCAD, then I'll model the retaining walls, picking concrete block and capping, the brief says materials as indicated, so I'll model those too, also the steps and pathways, using the modern contemporary style you want, which means clean lines and geometric shapes. I will assume the planting beds will be a simple rectangular inset within the hardscape areas. What are the material specifications for the capping stones on the retaining walls? I will need the vw file you mentioned to get started, so please upload that.
