I need those raw scans translated into clean, dimensionally accurate 2D outlines that my cutter can read directly for foam decking production. Here is what the job involves: • From the cloud/mesh, generate an accurate surface wherever foam will sit, identifying every transition that should read as a fillet. • Where panels are curved, unroll them so the final pattern lies perfectly flat without distortion. • Finish with closed polylines or polycurves only—please avoid splines—inside an AutoCAD drawing. The exported DWG (or DXF) must open in AutoCAD with no rebuild required, ready for tool-pathing. Turnaround is critical: I need the completed set back within 2–3 days of project acceptance. If you normally reverse-engineer in Rhino or similar that’s fine, but make sure the final hand-off meets the AutoCAD criteria above.
