I have an existing metal mesh filter used strictly for liquid-phase filtration, and I need an accurate 3D remake of it in CAD. The current part features a fine weave, so the model must capture the subtle wire pattern as well as all housing geometry, mounting lips, and any reinforcement details. You may work in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, or another mainstream platform—as long as you can deliver neutral files (.STEP/.IGES) plus the native file. A dimensioned 2D drawing in PDF or DXF will also be required for shop reference. Key points you must hit • Preserve the fine mesh specification and metal material intent—no plastic stand-ins. • Match every critical dimension on the physical sample; target ±0.1 mm accuracy. • Keep features manufacturable by standard sheet-metal or wire-mesh suppliers.
