I need a SolidWorks pro to turn my electric motor–driven pump concept into a complete CAD model and a medium-detail 3D rendering. The geometry is straightforward, but accuracy around the shaft alignment, impeller cavity, and motor mount points matters so the design can move straight into prototyping. Scope • Build the full assembly in SolidWorks, including motor housing, pump casing, impeller, inlet/outlet ports, bracketry, and fasteners where relevant. • Apply realistic materials and lighting so the render clearly communicates form and fit without the heavyweight textures required for marketing visuals. • Supply the finished model and rendering in STEP format so I can share it with suppliers. Acceptance • All parts and sub-assemblies open cleanly in SolidWorks 2023 and any neutral CAD viewer. • Overall dimensions, hole patterns, and mating faces follow the sketches and reference PDFs I’ll provide. • The rendering shows the assembled pump at two angles with transparent cut-through on one view to highlight internal flow paths. Suggestion: Use a top‑down skeleton in SolidWorks with master datums and GD&T; define mechanical seal cavity per DIN 24960, O‑ring grooves to AS568, and ISO 286 register fits. I’ll add casting draft/radii (or CNC‑friendly fillets), run a tolerance stack and interference check, and produce a cutaway render with color‑coded flow paths. Relevant work: Centrifugal and gear pumps, IEC/NEMA motor adapters, balanced impellers (ISO 1940 G6.3), mechanical seal integrations, pressure‑tight casings with precise hole patterns and concentricity control.
