Use strategic geometry—such as structural ribbing, honeycombing/skeletal cutouts in non-structural areas, or optimized wall thicknesses—instead of solid, thick plastic blocks. 2. Component Specifications & Layout Brain: 1 × Raspberry Pi 4 (mounted via standard M2.5 standoffs). CRITICAL Side Clearance: The enclosure footprint must include adequate internal clearance (approx. 2.5–3cm) on the side of the Pi where the USB and Ethernet ports sit. This is to comfortably accommodate the length of plugged-in USB cable connectors and their bend radiuses without straining the ports. Power: 1 × TalentCell YB1208300-USB battery pack. Requires a secure compartment/cradle. Position it so a short USB cable can easily route from the ports on the back of the TalentCell directly into the Pi 4's USB-C power input. Eyes: 2 × Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3.
