I need an accurate, feature-complete SolidWorks model of a double-overhead-cam (DOHC) cylinder head. Every port, gallery, boss, thread, and machining feature must be present so the file can go straight into a larger engine assembly and later to CAM. Source references: I have 2D drawings, section views, and a set of photos of an existing head; I’ll share them as soon as we start. Use those dimensions to build a fully parametric part that I can edit later if we revise valve sizes or combustion-chamber geometry. Key expectations • Native SolidWorks (.sldprt) file, plus neutral STEP and IGES exports • All features logically named and organized in the feature tree • Accuracy to within ±0.05 mm of the supplied dimensions • No imported bodies—everything must be fully defined and editable I’ll run a quick interference check against my current block and verify the feature tree is clean before releasing the final milestone.
