Designing a compact mechanical movement is less about adding complexity and more about making every component earn its space. I can help develop the movement around that principle. I can work through the complete mechanical architecture—from main plate, bridges, gear train and winding/setting mechanism to balance assembly—while considering clearances, tolerances, manufacturability, lubrication and serviceability from the beginning. Hand-winding in a compact case usually forces the real fight over the going train and the balance bridge height, not the hour-and-minute display. I've designed tooling assemblies with drawings, tolerances and BOMs, including aluminium structures, but haven't designed a watch caliber before. So the escapement geometry would need your reference or an existing base calibre. What case diameter and height are you working with, and is a beat rate already chosen?

Mon approche consiste à commencer par l’analyse des dimensions et contraintes du boîtier, puis à développer l’architecture du mouvement en CAO 3D.
