Concept Development for Industrial Design

We are developing a new consumer beverage product and are looking for an experienced Industrial Design Engineer / Product Design Engineer to support the next stage of development. The project involves designing a custom hydration bottle with an innovative twist-activation cap mechanism. Scope of Work * Refine the existing product design * Develop a functional cap mechanism * Create complete 3D CAD models * Prepare manufacturing-ready drawings * Design for injection molding and mass production * Develop prototype specifications * Optimize ergonomics and user experience * Support production feasibility and cost optimization Requirements * Strong experience in consumer products * Experience with bottles, packaging, caps, closures, or FMCG products * SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent CAD software * Knowledge of injection molding and plastic product manufacturing * Experience preparing files for prototyping and mass production Deliverables * 3D CAD files (STEP / IGES / SolidWorks) * Technical drawings * Assembly drawings * Manufacturing specifications * Prototype-ready design package Please include examples of relevant projects, particularly consumer products, packaging systems, bottles, caps, or mechanical activation mechanisms.
