I’m developing a humanoid dummy that relies on a multi-degree-of-freedom, articulated system and I need a mechanical engineer or product designer who is comfortable turning intricate motion concepts into manufacturable reality. it will be 3d printed and to be used for fashion apparels. it must be capable of performing complex yoga poses You will receive my early sketches, target ranges of motion, load cases, and envelope constraints. From there I’d like you to: • Build the full 3D CAD model, refining joint architecture, clearances, and fastener strategy. • Run a basic kinematic check to verify smooth, collision-free travel across the full range. • Deliver production-ready drawings (GD&T, exploded views, BOM) alongside STEP and native files. • Highlight any manufacturing or tolerance risks and suggest practical fixes. If you can add lightweight FEA or motion simulation to back up the design decisions, even better, but the core need is accurate articulation design that can move from CAD to tooling without surprises. Let me know which CAD package you prefer, share a quick note about similar mechanisms you’ve delivered, and give me an outline schedule for first concepts through final drawings.
