Hello Sir, This is most common issue of 3d scanner. We have to clean the mesh to create a 3d printable file for the print. For cleaning I use blender. Then what kind of speaker are are you looking to fit in the console. I can help you with desiging custom brackets or space for speaker that not only looks good but have a great sound. Also do you want to create the cup holder retratable. and what size should be the cup holder.
