This keychain plays photos on a 2-inch screen, so the enclosure must protect the delicate screen and internal electronics from key-ring chaos. I'll build the main housing first in Solidworks, making sure the wall thickness is sufficient for impact resistance and also for snap-fit features to avoid visible screws, so it looks clean. The battery and PCB will sit in recessed areas within the housing, also modelled in Solidworks, ensuring proper clearance and no interference. I'll use standard 2mm wall thickness for the ABS plastic, which is tough and easy to mould, also considering chamfers on all external edges for comfort in hand. I'll then design the two halves of the enclosure to snap-fit together, and also model a small recess for the PCB and a defined space for the battery pack. What is the exact size and mounting points of the PCB and battery pack? I have a 5.0 rating across 10 reviews on here, and Preferred Freelancer status. Once I have the dimensions of the internal components I will send over the Solidworks files, STEP files, and photorealistic renders.
