This project requires precision CAD files optimized for laser cutting and CNC bending (1.5mm plate). The Core Challenge: The unit must manage a high-density internal layout for 6 independent products, each stored in 40L drums. The total operational load is approximately 300kg. Key Technical Requirements (Z-Axis Layout): Structural Base (0-150mm): Engineering of a reinforced chassis to support 6 independent weighing stations (HX711 load cells) and 4 heavy-duty industrial wheels. Storage Zone (150-850mm): Space optimization for 6x40L drums arranged in 2 rows of 3. Pumping System: Design of lateral racks to mount 6 diaphragm pumps (0142HD) vertically on the side walls at 750mm height. Material Strategy: Main body in 1.5mm Galvanized Steel; however, the Filling Niche (900-1300mm) must be a separate sub-assembly in Stainless Steel (AISI 304). Service Access: The design MUST include double access (full-size front and rear doors) to allow maintenance of the back-row drums and pump manifold. Electronics Isolation: A sealed "Technical Hub" at the top (1300-1750mm) for CPU, Arduino, and Power Supplies. Deliverables (14-Day Timeline): Parametric Files: Native SolidWorks or Fusion 360 files. Fabrication Pack: 1:1 DXF/DWG flat patterns (adjusted for 1.5mm K-Factor). Complete BOM: Detailed list of all fasteners, hinges, and industrial components.
