Hi zhertva, Last week I finished a very similar GMod Imperial Officer character, so I’m confident to handle this really well. Scope - High‑quality Medical Overseer in Imperial uniform (minor mods: medical armband/pauldron, rank plaque, code cylinders, belt tools). - Clean topology, baked normals, 4K→2K textures (Substance Painter), PBR tuned for Source (VTF/VMT). - Full rig to Valve Biped, ragdoll, finger/face posing, bodygroups (hat, gloves, coat), and LODs. - Compile for GMod via SMD/DMX + QC (Crowbar), in‑game testing and fixes. I know the Star Wars Imperial tailoring, materials, and lore cues, so it reads authentic. i would like to know the below. 1) Do you need Faceposer mouth shapes and eye tracking, or just ragdoll + finger posing? 2) Do you have refs for the medical insignia colors and exact uniform changes, plus any required bodygroups? I think we should. - Use bodygroups and multiple skins (clean/field/medic stripe) to keep one addon with more variety. - Add LODs and atlas/combined textures to cut draw calls and keep FPS stable on busy servers. Lets follow a plan like this. - Confirm refs and final feature list. - Blockout in Blender; sculpt details; retopo and UV. - Bake and texture in Substance; optmize to Source shader limits. - Rigg to Valve Biped; set phys bones; add bodygroups. - Compile, test in HLMV and GMod; fix weights/clipping. - Deliver addon folder + source files; quick post‑launch tweaks.
