Realistic 3D Character Animation - Adult

I am looking to hire a 3D animator to make custom adult videos. I am starting a brand of adult videos made from realistic 3D animated characters and I'm looking for an animator(s) to create these animations.
To be clear, I am talking about pornography made from animated 3D characters. If this isn't something you would be interested in, or if you are offended by pornography, please stop reading here.
The emphasis here needs to be placed on the word "realistic". The goal of these videos is to be as realistic as possible, so please only reply if your skill level and experience fits this requirement.

If you could create something as good as these videos, quality wise, I would like to talk to you further about how much you would charge me for this type of work. This job listing is forcing me to state my budget for this job, but please ignore this as I am open to negotiation. This work has the possibility to be ongoing if I'm happy with the first project we do together.
